SONJA CHESNUTT, Northgate, track and field, Sr. -- Chesnutt set a Diablo Valley Athletic League championship meet record in the triple jump (34 feet, 8 1/2 inches) and also won the 300 hurdles and finished second in the pole vault at the DVAL championships.
